Freego Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Freego products purchased through Avero Motors include the applicable Freego Limited Manufacturer Warranty for the original retail purchaser. Coverage periods vary by component and are subject to Freego's warranty terms and eligibility requirements.

Coverage Periods

24 Months — Frame & Structural Components

Coverage includes the e-bike frame and specified structural components covered under Freego's warranty.

12 Months — Core Electrical Components

Coverage includes specified core components such as the motor, motor controller and battery pack. Individual component limitations may apply.

3 Months — Specified Electronic Components

Coverage applies to specified electronic components, including eligible controls, lighting, sensors, displays/switches, chargers and other components listed under Freego's warranty.

30 Days — Specified Wear Components

Coverage applies to eligible components specifically identified by Freego within its 30-day warranty category.

How Warranty Service Works

If you experience an issue, contact Avero Motors first. Please provide your order information, product serial number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video where applicable.

Our team will help document and troubleshoot the issue and coordinate with Freego when manufacturer support is required.

For an approved warranty claim, Freego provides eligible replacement parts covered by the manufacturer's warranty and technical support. If professional service is required, Avero will assist in coordinating the appropriate repair solution.

What Is Not Covered

Freego's warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from circumstances excluded under the manufacturer's terms, including improper use or maintenance, accidents, overloading, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper charging, certain water-related damage, neglect, or failures occurring outside the applicable component warranty period.

Normal wear or damage resulting from use is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect.

Repairs Outside Warranty

If an issue is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty or occurs after the applicable coverage period, replacement parts and repair labor may be chargeable. We will help clarify the available service options before proceeding.
